Sans is a mediterranean fine dining restaurant situated in a beautiful villa in Istanbul. Sans has a main dining hall which seats 80 guests comfortably and has at its disposal a green garden which is open during spring and summer. In addition, a private room on the second floor is also available for private parties. Executive Chef Ali Sarigul and Maitre d' Sait Can, who has been with the restaurant since its establisment on 1992, are the key personel behind the success of Sans. The dynamic menu changes every two months integrating seasonal flavors. Nevertheless, Sans specials like Pazi Dolma (stuffed swiss chard), and Ispanak Koku (spinach roots) are year long favorites. Try the risotto and let us know if you have eaten any better in Istanbul. 'Fish Soup', 'Pan Seared Blue Fin Tuna' and 'Slow Cooked Beef Rib' are some of the highlights of the menu.
