Founded in March 2013, Ege Balk is serving you a wide range of delicacies from tasty Mediterranean Cuisine and delicious seafood. All your requests are prepared hygienically and carefully in our kitchen, by only using natural ingredients and by taking the chemical reactions between each ingredient into consideration in a gastronomic approach. We strive to supply the highest quality ingredients, namely olive oil, butter, cheese, fish, herbs, seafood; to aggregate them in the ideal ratio and to cook and to serve them with ideal timing. Freshness is essential and has a determining role in the quality of taste. That is the reason we do the shopping for fish, herbs, vegetables and fruits as a morning ritual, everyday. Our waitstaff gets to know you as soon as you enter the dining room. In each conversation, in every order they strive to learn more about your choices and your pleasures and aim to provide you the most suitable food for you to experiment, with respect.
