Customer service suffers big time at this restaurant. The waiters don’t have patience to hear and the cashier was the funniest of all. He seems to be keeping himself busy other than counter. Hehehe. Though it was a struggle to place an order the food was great, that’s the consoling factor. But the bread roll was hard and cold, request for warm bread was in vain. The bill isn’t clear as it’s only in Turkish, and request for debriefing went ok. The tax aren’t shown in the bill clearly, as menu price didn’t include the tax, which is understandable but bill could reflect them properly. Overall, nice restaurant service good food but defeated by their poor and lacklustre customer service and attitude. Food 4/5Service 1/5Location 5/5Value 4/5

Hayatımda gördüğüm en berbat ve en bayat tatlıydı. Buradan mado yetkililerine söylim ömrümün sonuna kadar açta kalsam mado şubelerine girmeyeceğim. Benim gitmemem belki size çok bi şey kaybettirmez ama burada yazılan şikayetler yorumlar biriktikçe çok şey kaybedersiniz.Size tavsiyem Bu şubeyi acilen sıkı denetimden geçirin.
Menemen yerseniz moraliniz bozulur o yüzden Mado’ya gelmeyin. Malzemeler neredeyse yok gibiydi biber göremedim ve inanılmaz derecede suluydu.
