This kebab house is in sultanahmet district, location is really good, food too, we loved it when we were here in the spring.
This small kebap joint serves perfect döners with chicken or lamb, and the prices are really reasonable.Ask the waiter (owner?) for sauce. He will offer you a plate with chilisauce and dillsauce, both are very tasty.
It’s cheap, small and cozy. And the taste is marvellous for the price. Didn’t expect much when we past the restaurant (there is no customer inside), but when we walk back the owner call us in. Cold and hungry, so we just try it.
The staff here was very kind and service was good. But our first meal in Istanbul after being led here was only fair. And with the outstanding meals that followed during our trip we feel our rating is correct.
We ate here late one night (8:30pm). It was walking distance from the hotel. We found it on tripadvisor and it was worth it. We wanted local cuisine and we weren’t disappointed.
