The staff were not that fluent in English, but we spoke the same language – FOOD :)we were recommended the Pista Chocolate Cake and it was not that expensive for a 1 Kilo cake.I must tell you that it is one of the best cakes we have ever eaten / tried. the cake was rich in Pistachios and when we say rich, it means literally. the whole cake had handsome amount of full size Pistachios in them. and it was 3 layer cake, with each layer smothered with more and more Pistachios in them.we were also asked to come back for more delicacies, should we like their cake.if anyone is up for a sweet tooth treat while they are in Bursa, this outlet should be one of them.
Mekan, Uludağ Kebapçısı Cemal & Cemil Usta’nın tam karşısında. Yanında başka bir marka (Kardelen) daha var ama en meşhuru burası diye, biz de iskenderimizi yediğimiz gibi soluğu burada aldık. Ufak bir not: Uludağ Kebapçısı’nda yer yoksa yada çok sıra varsa, sizi bu kestane şekercilere de yönlendiriyorlar ve iskenderinizi burada yiyebiliyorsunuz. Çeşit çeşit kestane şekerleri var; Kavanozda, hediyelik karton kutuda, plastik kapta, bütün ve kırıklı, çikolatalı, karyoka vs. Yarım kilo 28 TL, 1 kilo 55 TL. Biz yarım kiloluk plastik kaplardan tercih ettik. Elde yemek için de 3 tane karyoka aldık, tanesi 7,50 TL. 7 tane yarım kiloluk kestane şekeri, 3 karyoka için 190 TL ödedim. Mekandan çıkınca hesapladım da ya 28,50 TL ikram yapılmış yada eksik alındı. Bursa’ya geldiyseniz eğer, iskenderini yiyip, kestane şekerini alacaksın evet; ikisi de çok lezzetli ama pahalı.
