We begin the day with a rich and delicious open buffet breakfast, every ingredient of which has been meticulously selected. Our breakfast time starts at 8 o'clock and ends at 10 o'clock. While you may pick lunchtime meals from the la carte menu, you may also enjoy the daily fixed menu which offers a homely, pot cooked meal enjoyed by many of our guests. The fixed menu usually consists of a stew of summer vegetables served with rice or pasta and salad is a great option for families with an emphasis on a healthy diet. Dinner is taken at tables lined up by the pool and with a view of the sea, featuring a rich choice of cuisine and delightful conversation. You can spend the night continuing the conversation at the bar, or enjoy a calm, oxygen rich sleep after a walk to prepare yourself for the next day's boat tour, diving or fishing. Healthy eating is a principle we value in all of our cooking. Our food is cooked with olive oil which is pressed specially for the hotel from olives which come from local groves we know to be well tended. Much of the greens come from our own garden and is truly organic for there is no intensive, insecticidal agriculture in our area. Daily fresh fish service is also available. With the option of ayran with basil and specially made lemonade, children can cool down healthily.
