In Sibel's Four Seasons Restaurant, a rustic building made from local stones and wood, the owner, Sibel Hatapoglu Kollinsky, cooks daily with support from assistant Rahime. In the surrounding forests, pastures and mountains, hikers find a variety of walks for all abilities. Forest roads offer good possibilities for mountain biking and people interested in nature can find a large number of beautiful flowers and bird species native to the area.
