The food here is really bland. Oily chips and unseasoned chicken. Tough steak and sauces with no flavour. This is not Turkish food at all. I believe the only seasoning used was salt and pepper.
This place is great for traditional Turkish food. Located underneath the relocated Mousakka, visit for lunch, where you’ll see a whole selection of freshly cooked, stews, casseroles & vegetables. All fresh local produce. Really popolular with local Turkish people, which says it all really.
After driving from the airport to Kalkan, we arrived after 11.00pm & most of the restaurants were closing up. You can always get a late bite here.Simple, well cooked Turkish food at a great price. Full of locals, which speaks for itself.
We ate here 3 times and the food was excellent. Try their stuffed Bass if you love fish. 2 meals with a very nice bottle of wine cost just 72 LIRA (less than £20)
Staff not particularly warm or welcoming, food average, hot roof top restaurant with insufficient A/C- Fans.
