An old restaurant in the old town of Gaziantep which is an expert on lamb’s head and foot soup. The taste is real and great. Garlics are chopped and added instantly. I suggest you to tell the chef not to put chili pepper when they serve but do it yourself according to your taste. (Because they put too muc of it in Gaziantep and that dominates the real taste). Such a great taste is only for 10 TL. I also tried döner but you should try the soup. One important thing they should consider is that they should pay more attention to pick the unwanted parts out of the lamb’s head when it is processed. Then it becomes almost perfect. Not the most ideal restaurant for very delicate people but rather for taste-hunters.
