Cayenne is one place of a kind. The ambience is so good with several celebrities always coming through. Service is also on point and with people like Gareth Onyango around, it always feels like getting home. Good for drinks and price worthy food.
Uganda has ratified international Laws against smoking in public.this is not respected. On the positive side they have a nice live band on Thursday. Management is so disorganized. Fighting is normal so not a safe place
