This year, the restaurant Horatio offers a new format of gastronomy in Crimea. All the dishes at the menu are based on a single product. Season 2013, we dedicate to a duck. We think the potential of this product is not revealed today, and in fact, duck can be very different in taste. The menu provides variety of dishes using duck meat.
