We use Italian-made flour with a high content of grinding proteins , water, salt and yeast for pizza preparation; and we do not use sugar, fat, eggs and various additives. The dough is aged for at least 24 hours. Only wood-burning oven and live fire are used for pizza, where the temperature reaches 450 g. For pizza we use flour MOLINO DI PORDENONE, fresh mozzarella, and only Italian tomatoes > without preservatives and dyes.
