Red Queen is the first cryogenic ice cream cafe in Ukraine. Our ice cream is made to order using freshest ingredients, and it is frozen using liquid nitrogen within 1-2 minutes, which gives our ice cream the smoothest texture possible. And because it is made to order, we do not use any preservatives, stabilizers or any other artificial ingredients.
