EMMA PIZZA is Italian mini pizza for one person because you won't want to share. Every recipe of our pizza was created by the experienced chef, award-winning Italian pizzaiolo Andrii Zlotko. Andrii originates from Ivanychi, urban-type settlement in Volyn region. When he was 17 years old, Andrii went to Italy, where he ended up working for Lauro Perno world champion in pizza, the owner of one of the oldest pizza places in the historic centre of Rome. In 2010 he became the champion of Italy in cooking pizza. At the pizza championship the pizza in the category "Pizza Alla pala" was named in his honor "Andrea". Now Ukrainian Andrii Zlotko runs his own pizza places and judges cooking competitions. In Rome he built a successful business from scratch. Moreover, he invented and patented his own dough recipe which you can try at our place, EMMA PIZZA.
