Italian pasta is our speciality and a main part of our menu. Every day in Kappero we produce pasta fresca using flour of hard grain wheat. Our pasta is served with Italian condiments some of which are popular and traditional while others are unique and regional. The same is equal for our desserts: along with well known tiramisu one can find almost exotic Cassata Siciliana.
