My first time here, recommended and directed to 😉 by a dear colleague / friend! Victor, the cashier cum maker cum server is a gem. He was very helpful in recommending all the best sellers, was very accommodating to all my million questions and was very keen on me trying out a wonderful concoction that he had just made.It is definitely an acquired taste, im sure it will not be very tantalizing for a few taste buds, but i loved it. My first bubble tea experience and it was super good!! Victor very generously explained the whole Tapioca balls with cassava extract technique. He also showed us the pre-boiled tapioca balls which look like small light brown chocolate balls which u cannot eat raw and has to be boiled. It looks something like molecular gastronomy concept but the taste was awesome.I got the Pearl Milk tea with the tapioca bubbles and coconut jelly. The serving portion is huge and they seal the top so that it doesn’t spill. It can be served with or without ice and with many different combinations.I really liked it and would recommend it to many of you out there who have committed the mistake of not trying out bubble tea like me 🙂

First option when we are craving for a milk tea.. i wish there will be a delivery nearby yas mall.. Peach milk tea is one of my favorite..Im always asking for extra bubble tea because is very good
First time to try this since it became famous. It’s good. It’s not that costly. Milk tea can be substitute if you’re not fan of Starbucks or any other coffee shops.
Well, staff was good and courteous but honestly that was one of the most weird tasting iced tea I have ever had. Maybe not according to my taste buds . Dint like at all and had to throw it.The serving size was big though. betterwithemma.wordpress.com
Most of the time I order milk tea from chatime whenever I am in yas mall. Last Saturday, I ordered chatime milk tea with lychee jelly. I always order the same thing. When I sip it, the lychee jelly tasted super sour, not the usual lychee jelly that I used to order. I politely asked the cashier if he can taste it to check the taste. I even tried to whisper not to embarrass the staff. The cashier told me that they will just change my drink. The cashier guy is very nice but while waiting for my new drink, suddenly the cashier called me and told me that they cannot change my drink and that’s what lychee jelly taste like. I feel very disappointed on my experience. I am a regular customer but I will definitely not be coming back. I never made a feedback before on any bad service but this experience should be heard by their customers and the management.
