Best burger in abu dhabi, we love the route 66 and smoke house burger
my boyfriend and i went here for a little date and we were disgusted by the poor customer service. there was 2 other customers in the restaurant, so there was no need to be as rude as the waitress was, as there was nothing to be tired about. there was no smile, no hello. it was plain rudeness and this was by the same waitress. we asked her for the bill and she threw it at us on the table, she threw us the takeaway bag too and no goodbye or a smile. i am never coming back there again, this was the worst customer service i’ve ever had in my life.
They take over 1.5 hours to deliver during a Monday lunch period and then suggest it is not their fault. I complained. No help. Don’t order.
Customer service at its peak . So thoughtful of the staff to make my five year old enjoy his dining experience. Excellent burgers and top rated sweet potato fries Johnny Rockets you have impressed me and it’s all thanks to your staff and especially the one who drew out the smiley
Johnny Rocket located in Marina Circuits ! I went there when I was in UAE ! And since I had been trying multiple places there I came across this place and thought to try. Staff being really polite and Sweet ! Service was really good 😀 Good place to be with Family and Frieds. American Fries – 9/10 Oreo cookie Cream milkshake – 8/10 Liked it I say a good place to eat 🙂
