Tried the Waffles and Crepes. Both of which were really good, I really liked and admired the plating and toppings. The ambiance at this place is lovely and when it’s not too sunny, you can enjoy your breakfast outside by the grand canal. Also, the staff, in particular, is very friendly, warm and welcoming. They have a delicious and colorful selection of coffee too, one of which we tried, not only is it Instagrammable, it’s tasty too. I’ll definitely visit them again to try their Brunch Special!

We booked a large table for a birthday and was treated quite nicely.Staff were able to accommodate our special requests and we all had a great time.They have fresh oysters and large prawns as part of their brunch package. They were very fresh. You can ask for special drinks and their bartenders will mix something nice for you.
When i first viewed this place on zomato it said fine dining but when i tried it , it was more of casual dining. The food wasn’t that special at all. I had snails and oysters for appetisers but they weren’t great. There are other places that have a better snails and oysters and this place is not one of them. The oysters were very thin (not fleshy) like they were on a diet or starvation. The snails had dull flavor but very oily like you can have heart stroke on site. However, the seafood risotto and cod fish were excellent choice. Loved them, the cod was tender and the risotto reminded me of my trip to the Mediterranean city barcelona. Despite the fact i dont see this restaurant special, i loved the outdoors seatings that overlooks the Maqta khor (Maqta bay), Maqta bridge, sheikh zayed bridge fairmont hotel etc, the view of the blue water is just enough for me to get hooked on. Thats what i love about Abu dhabi it is a great and beautiful escape from crowded Dubai. Always ask for the pictured menu on ipadWhat i liked: view , cod fish , seafood risottoI would go back to this place to enjoy the peaceful space and the wonderful bay view. With nice company ,this place and ritz carlton in general, i believe i will have nice memories and good laughs here. Gotta love the capital.
A very stupid, untrained, unhelpful and rude manager here spoilt our evening. He was extremely adamant and just not wanted to understand the deal with entertainer vouchers. We had to argue with this unaware guy for 7 to 8 minutes to make him understand that we had actually spoken to one of his colleague about this offer on entertainer which she agreed and thankfully she came for our rescue to make this man understand that were right and on the deal. But fyi this man was extremely rude and impolite. I believe he should be trained and read some more. The ambiance is nice here though, but experience like these never make you go again. Make sure you speak with the correct person here who understands better and will stick to the promise of any offer you intend to use.
Such a bad experience.. we were all excited to visit this place. Before we placed our order we checked with the staff on the entertainer offer and the policy, which she clearly told us. We were shocked to see the bill though. The guy who got the bill claimed to be the incharge or manager. When we told him that one of our drinks has to be discounted he clearly refused saying this is not in our policy and at once we can only redeem 2 entertainer.. he kept arguing and was so adamant.. he was extremely rude in his approach. We told him we already spoke to your staff and confirmed on the offer before placing the order. The lady then came and agreed to us and told him we were right.. it was such a bad experience though
Lovely relaxed service and nice staff.My wife and I both ordered the steak frite and were delighted with the taste and portion size.While the place looks like a very upmarket French restaurant the menu and pricing is more in line with a Bistro (in a good way!)..so don’t be intimidated and do visit.
