Order placed through zomato. After one hour I called the restaurant to know that they haven’t even send the order for delivery. This is the second time I’m having the same experience
Disappointed! We ordered Chicken Mandi, after accepting order and receiving payment through Zomato. Restaurant informed me that, they don’t have Chicken Mandi available.Since we were hungry and already made the payment, so no other option available except changing the order with additional charges. which is disappointing and frustrating for us.They should read the order before accepting. First experience- Worst experience.
