Was my favourite hotel until date but today what they did just broke my heart .I ask them is the payaa available the guy said just go up and i will order.After waiting for 30 mins the waiter turned up with only a paratha and said no paaya .I told him the guy said its their he just said its finish we gave parcel to some1 else .When i left the hotel they simply didnt even stop me because they dont care if 1 customer leave the hotel .Total zero communication of the staff and rude behaviour too .Will never visit again as they wasted my 30 mins dat too during duty hours .Poor wish i could put a negative star.I know my comment will not afffect you and you people will not even reply .Thanks
