As you enter the restaurant you will get a Mughali feel of the place. The interiors are well done and they have a beautiful outdoor seating, perfect during winters. All the items we order were delicious.. it did have a Mughlai touch. A clam and peaceful place with mouthwatering food.
Over the months the quality is no longer the same. The staff and ambiance is fantastic but the quality of meat. The quality of the gravy etc surely has all changed. Seems a lot of frozen content is used now , rather than fresh ( like it used to be earlier)
The place is good and calm. I don’t like the lamb legs, quality is not good. However, the chicken biryani is really good but the amount of chicken in it is very less.
I would put a negative rating if possible cos for the amazing food they serve the service ensures to ruin it all. When we came in, the manager Nitin refused to give us outside seating- with this amazing climate how can anyone refuse it!!! However craving for the food we agreed to sit somewhere with a view.. which again he refused to accommodate. But we are still craving for the food.. however soon we saw that another family was given outside seating.. which again Nitin refused to accommodate. But we went anyways out anyways. Our drinks came only after reminding 4 times and the naan we ordered came after the main course.Good view, good food- terrible service.No photos, because we did not get good seats and good service.Food was however perfect in taste.
Dear Peppermill supervisor, waiter.. a little bit of smile and welcoming wont hurt you! I’m currently sitting with my sister here and you guys have a bad service. I ordered Cola like 5 times.. had to remind you every 10 mnts. You’re not allowing us to sit outside even though you opened it. And you hâve attitude giving us these looks and face expressions. Horrible service regardless of the delicious food. Will never come back here again nor recommend it to anyone.
