I went there with a voucher from Groupon. The pool is pretty nice and the staff is very kind as well.Overall you will find a nice and relaxing ambiance.I had a burger and it was quite good.If you want to have a nice day, go ahead and give this place a try.
Beautiful pool and beachWe went here with a voucher from Groupon for pool, lunch and beverages, from some friends as a gift for our wedding.This place is very beautiful, the pool looks amazing and beach also which we just checked it out, but we stayed at the pool. You have unlimited water and flavored water (some water with ice and slices of apples or orange which is very nice). I gave 4 point out of 5 because there was not available all the time a waiter around there and also because there were lots of flies which were very annoying and you couldn’t relax, maybe they should be more carefully about it, use some spray in the morning or I don’t know. Except that, the area was not very crowded so we really liked it. We even played ping pong and we had also lunch there, some burgers and were delicious and enormous :)) plus a prosecco and a pomegranate fresh juice.All in all was fantastic, the weather was perfect and it was funny because after a couple of hours since we left it started to rain for the first time after a long time, I think since March.

Terrible terrible terrible serviceHow can they get a child’s order wrong THREE times from their own menu?!?!?All we ordered was fish, mushy peas and potatoes and a portion of chicken, veg and corn on the cob. We got fish and chips, chicken and chips, then second time it was chicken,rice and vegetables?!? Chicken was dry. They clearly didn’t care.Such a shame.
An extremely relaxed venue with a swim up bar if you happen to be in the pool, and a shaded seating area on the opposite side where you can lounge on comfortable chairs and sip your favorite beverage as you watch the comings and goings of the boats and jet skis in the canal.Or if you prefer, go out into the sand by the water-side and grab a lounger, lay back down and bask in the glorious sun as a cool breeze blows across the sandy expanse of this very decent sized strip of beach, while very attentive staff are at your call to refresh your drinks and bring you delicious finger food.To go to the poolside bar you can just walk in and get shown a table, but if you would like to take a dip in the pool or lounge on the beach, there is a charge to use the facilities unless you are staying at the hotel (I am a Fairmont Platinum so for me there was no charge).I recommend their cocktail vegetable samosa’s, an excellent accompaniment to almost any drink combination except cognac, but then again why would you drink cognac on the beach?
