My friend and I decided to eat this resto since it is a Filipino restaurant. I recommend sotangon guisado since it tastes good and the vegetable is not overcooked but it is better if the meat is a little shredded. We order some dessert which is halo2x its affordable and I like it because its less in sugar when it is served. But they are poor on service. The waitresses are frowning and they look like unapproachable.
We had a mouth-watering food yesterday. We been craving for filipino food that tastes like back home. And we just tried this 2 of our fave Pinoy foods. This sizzig and bulalo just exceed our expectation. Ansaraap bes! And ate Myleene is so courteous serving, (unlike the first time we went some staff are not smiling and not that courteous. )
Im not the type of person who usually writes reviews and this is my first time writing, because the management of this restaurant forced my hand. (Yeah thats how bad we had it)We, a group of 9 people planned to eat dinner at their store aroind 7:15pm. I know that the restautant will be busy so I made reservations and ordered the food beforehand around 2pm. I paid everything and said to them that we will arrive around 7:15pm later. While we are OTW to the resto due to traffic we are running late. I recieved a call around 7:25 from the manager saying that our food is already in the table since 7:15pm and what time will we arrive. I told the manager that we are 5 min away (which we are) and will arrive at 7:30pm.Long story short. Eventhough we havent arrived yet they served our food on the table exposed to the open air and for other people, insects and flies to see. Im not an expert in reastaurant management but that is so disrespectful to paying customers, to serve and expose the food at our table even before we arrived. Its like saying that we cant for you to arrive eventhough you reserved your slot/spot, we will serve it at an empty table wether you are there or not. I tried to raise the issue to the manager but i was met with an unapologetic tone and he is trying to impart that it is our fault for being 15 min late. After that our whole dinner was met with delayed orders(since they did not complete the orders for drinks), poor service, we even have to stand and go to the counter to returned our used plates (since there is no space in the table).Lost all my appetite after that and felt ashamed at the guests i have invited to our event. Will never ever set foot on that hell-hole of a resto again and i suggest you do the same.
we ate here last night and i can say that ambience is good and the food as well. but the management should give customer service training to their staff. staff are not accommodating, they don’t smile or entertain new customers, maybe because that time there were only 2 waitresses who were very busy. cashier do not even smile with us when i approached her to pay the bill. i will surely come back but hoping that this time i will be seeing smiles from their face.
We ate at this place about 3 days ago. The good thing about this place is it’s affordability. They serve value deals so you can enjoy a bunch of viands at a reasonable price.Service was fair the staffs were friendly and welcoming. Though at times we have to call to get their attention. We ordered one of their value deals. The food was more than enough. The beef nilaga was fair. The fried chicken was above average! The lumpia Shanghai was divine!
I heard this restaurant is full during dinner time so I went earler. I just took a parcel of pancit luglug and oriental chicken (which was on sale maybe due to DSF lol). While waiting for the order i took snaps of the cozy resto ambience. The food verdict was positive pancit luglog (or palabok) was a bit salty but fine. Chicken was flavorful and moist. Skin could have been crunchier. Sauce it came with was not necessary or a negative for me atleast. Banana ketchup or vinegar can do. Worth a visit for Filipino and oriental dishes.
