The last branch in Al Ain and somehow the reasons are quite obvious. Their menu is outdated, they don’t have promos plus their food is just passé. I have some ideas how to revamp this franchise but what’s the benefit for me? I only wish good fortune for them
They need to be more professional and prompt. Waited 35 mins for a noodle dish that I was told would take only 5-10 mins. With McDonalds and KFC located nearby, this rates very poorly as quick, convenient food court food.
