We love Maatouk, unfortunately our experience today was horrible due to the rudeness of the sv/manager as she loudly ask her staff “are they gonna buy??” While the filipina staff was assisting us. ThAt was by far the rudest thing we have ever experience here in the UAE. The filipina staff was very apologetic towards the behavior of her colleague. I advice Maatouk’s management to look into this as this is a horrible trait for a service staffs to have. And to answer the question posted by the rude sv/manager – YES we did buy! What a nasty experience!
