We had an amazing dinner at Makani Cafe for my wife’s birthday. The food was beyond expectations and the service was just excellent, especially Rabie who was tending to us, he anticipated everything we might need and was very quick! We celebrated my gfs birthday and he gave us comolimentary drinks and cake!

Use to be my favourite place in town and was my usual weekend getaway but from last couple of months service has gone down and my last two trips were nightmares. Have to wait 20 mins and then struggled my self to find a waiter and strangely no one who can speak English properly. Excuse given to me was that staff moved to Abu DHABI branch and they are struggling. Hilton is spoiling its name with these cheap tactics. Now this time I was being told that Raddision blue will take over from new year and service will improve. I wish if someone could apologise for services instead of silly excuses.i am giving 3 due to past pleasant memories with the place else it deserves 1 now.
Was here at your makani cafe, really amazed and appreciate the hospitality and service. I was here aswell few days back and it was the same standard. Miss cherry appreciate your warm and nice hospitality. And to be more amazed it was a pleasant surprise that on knowing it was a friends birthday, Miss Cheery got us with a bday cake and that was so nice.Great job!!!Cheers Hirok
