I stayed in Aloft 5 times now Everytime I take their buffet offers Now the problem here isThough you actually pay for buffet but that’s not actually happeningThe policy there is, if they had alot of customers staying with breakfast offer then you will see a buffetIf the hotel didn’t receive alot of buffet request with the residents then no buffet for youYou will have to go there and order food from menu for free ofcourse4/5 times I had to order from menu Only 1/5 I was able to see the buffetThe food is honestly very tasty and recommendedThe carrot juice is a masterpiece Coffee is okayBut sorry guys, honestly I don’t agree with the policy of paying money for buffet and end up ordering food from the menu which will take 15 to 20 mins to be prepared because you don’t have residents with buffet requests Not to mention we end up going late to work because of it
