What started out as a normal bakery of Filipino baked goodies is now a full fleged restaurant packed with patrons. The food is good but the ambience is quite claustrophobic as the place wasn’t originally designed for it. Also the smell lingers therugh your clothes after dining. The bread and pastry is good and unique. A must try if you’re curious about Filipino food.

It was very exciting to see Filipino restaurant in other country like this. Their menu is mouth watering since I miss filipino dishes. The food was okay, and their service is terrible. Most of their staff are very rude especially the one near the cashier, a guy wearing polo who i asked for the wifi password but instead of giving he took my phone and put the password in a rude way. Second one is the lady in the cashier, she seems to not like her job at all, not even smiling or greeting customers. But I will definitely come back for the ambiance.

Ube bar was disgusting, never expected the taste that bad. Ensaymada was good but I have tried in deira Dubai, you guys are nowhere close to them. And they are more cheaper in price but better quality than you. And staff have to be trained how to be more approachable and advise customers with a smiling face.

Food is good, but the waiting time is too long and the waiters are not accommodating and have grumpy faces. Please re-train staff regarding customer service.

Hopefully management will take action in improving their services. Food are nice but please, be mindful of the waiting time. Our order arroz caldo was served after 40mins (we timed it), chicken barbeque which was already there in the front, already cooked, they will just add rice, but it still took 30mins to be served. This is not the first time we got bad service. So i’m writing this for improvement purposes.
