The food is as good as all the other branches of Papa John’s but this branch is too old and dirty. The seats and tables are quite literally disgusting. Maybe the new branch opening across the food court would be better

Being an old man, I am unable to eat cheesy pizzas but my nephew insisted me to visit papa John’s. And to my surprise this is amongst the finest soft crust soft cheese and beautiful topped up pizzas to go for.
It used to be much better in terms of service and food quality. We ordered 2 pizza both pizza were cold and extremely dry. Plz do work on the quality
Papa John’s in Al Ain Mall is slightly better than the one in Bawadi Mall food and service wise. I love their chicken wings and pizzas are all good. I like that they have buy one get one offers and combo meals which really gives good value for money.
