  Worst place to order online food. The customer service was very rude and loud and hung up on me whist I was still talking. The food was not delivered to me even after 2 hours and 20mins of waiting and the lady had the guts to speak loudly with me even after that. Its such a shame that a such good place couldn’t figure out a address even when I was a regular customer for delivers.

  We’ve been going to Pizza Hut for years because it’s something of a family tradition and we love pizzas. But over the years the quality, food and environment has just gotten worse. Our meal last night was hands down, the worst experience so far and it’s depressing because we actually liked this place. Apart from the place which was horribly messy and I had to have a word with the manager because of the uncleanliness, the pizzas were also disappointing. We ordered our usual super supreme stuffed crust and the hot stuff stuffed crust, but we literally only got bread on the edges. Hardly any cheese in the crust. Pizzas were dry and hard to chew which was terrible. Overall, a really bad experience from a place that we loved once upon a time. Don’t think we’d ever revisit this outlet.

  The pizza is fine as expected but the service is pretty slow for past couple of visits Visiting this place for past many many years If staters arrive cold drinks goes missing n the main pizza arrive late as wellIts happened many times No point of arguing thats the way they operate may be

  It’s okay for me whenever I visit them they have a nice friendly staff and the good thing they are opened till mid of the night.The time which all the restaurants close but only them and Macdonalds khalifa

  been there always with my ex husband thats the nearest food who stay open until midnight where we can hang out and eat some pizza one of my favorite is there hawaiin but i just notice there bathroom is not good even man can go inside with womens room and its not totally clean no tissue and soap sometimes is empty,and the waiter sometime are limited order took so long even paying already it takes time i hope they could change that so i can go back there again with friends 🙂

  If you’re a pizza fan and live in Al Ain, you have no option but to like Pizzahut. Nothing new just fancy toppings but the crust never improves. And the salad just gets sadder. No wonder we seldom dine

  Lots of parking available in this area. Lots of seating available too. We went here for lunch on Monday afternoon. Only one table was taken while we entered. Few customers were lined up to get take away orders near the cashier. We went and got seated and expected someone to come to take our order but there was literally no staff anywhere to be seen expect the lady who was the cashier. We sat there for 5 mins and thought we may have to order at the counter. When we went there she told us to sit at the table if we are gonna dine in and that someone will come to take our order, which was quite shocking as the dine in area are completely free of any waiter. After some minutes one lady comes with a serious face to hand is the menus. The tables and chairs and surroundings were clean. We went for Garlic Bread & Creamy Tomato Penne Pasta. Everything tasted good and also arrived fairly quickly. Service was bad. Ambiance was good.
