Well reputed brand. Product which they bring from Dubai are good but food which they prepare in Alain is not up to mark. Cook need little traning and alain branch can also become one of best after altering formula to cook various dishes. Hope management give some traning to cook and take my comments in positive way. Ordered samosa and kachodi . It was good .but pav bajhi was waste of money and not delicious at all. My friend ordered kulfi falooda . I think they don’t know how to make it.

Keeping the goodwill of Puranmal in mind we visited the one in alain. Unfortunately, it wasn’t as expected. We ordered kesar kulfi falooda as recommended by the staff . There was raw milk poured in it and the falooda was too watery. Neither did the staff nor did the manager respond to any of our complaints. Therefore, it was a mere disappointment.

Good food quality, average sitting place. Service needs some improvement as sometimes food served which should be hot, was cold. But kids enjoyed food.

Finally after really long had one of the best chaats and Indian sweets in Al Ain.Ordered Pani Puri and Dahi Bhalla Papdi Chaat to try the chaat and we enjoyed both the chaat items. Then we ordered the Mysore Masala Dosa, Puri Bhaji (which came with both Aloo and Chana), Paneer Chutney Sandwich,Pav Bhaji, Cheese Uttapam(plain uttapam topped with cheese), Idli and Vada and everything was tasty. Finally, we ended on a sweet note but having Jalebis, Rasmalai and Malai Kulfi Falooda. We did not enjoy the Malai Kulfi Falooda as the Kulfi wasn’t smooth and the Falooda was too watery.Overall, we had a good experience with fast service and friendly staff to serve us.

Puranmal is a paradise for vegetarians. It is well located and easily approachable with friendly staff. We were delighted to see puranmal because in Alain somewhere or other we miss the chats and other savouries. We started with panipuri the puris were crispy but the paani need to be little more tangy ,we ordered kachori with ragda ,somosas ,Batata puri and grilled cheese sandwich. Ragda kachoris samosa and batata puri are good in taste what we like most was cheese grilled sandwich. Seating arrangement is good . Missing brunch like Vega Puranmal in Dubai Jumeirah. One of their staff informed us they might be starting South Indian snacks soon.

Finally a good place for chat in Al Ain close to Lulu. The opening ceremony was held yesterday afternoon. We went to Lulu Kuwaitat for our usual weekend grocery shopping and we were surprised to see a shop decorated with garlands. We knew for sure it was Puranmal because they leased the place long back and started setting up the restaurant. It is a pretty small space with around 5 -6 tables. Right now they have a small menu with chats, sandwiches, milkshakes, sweets. The manager told us they will be introducing a new menu with North Indian and South Indian Foods in the next few weeks. We were given complimentary sweets since it was their opening day. As usual, the sweets very tasty. We ordered onion Kachori, mattar Kachori, Pav Bhaji, Noodle samosa and chutney sandwich. The kachoris were really good and the noodle samosa was something which I tried for first time and it was really different and nice. The pav Bhaji was okay-ish. The Bhaji lacked the “punch”. The chutney sandwiches were the typical ones which you would get in any street shop in Bombay and they tasted amazing. I really like their idea of opening a new shop in Al Ain because there is hardly any good Chat Shop here in Al Ain. A new menu with all North and South Indian main course dishes would be definitely be received very well by residents of Al Ain.
