I was a bit disappointed when I ordered beef shawarma the other day. To start with the Saj bread was not well toasted, making it very chewy and bland. The meat was ok but the sauces were a bit too sour for a shawarma. The worst part was the fries, which looked and tasted like it was couple of days old.
