#Eat Story #LebaneseCuisine Arabic Cuisine has always been a weakness! This restaurant located at the center of the city, called Al Asalah did catch my attention a few times we passed by it. One, because its newly opened, and two, for its appealing appearance. So glad we tried the place out! When it is about eating out, especially at a restaurant, the whole appearance, lighting and seating arrangements appeals to me first and of course the food has to be super good if I have to go back there again! Al Asalah won my heart in all of these aspects and I must say the food is fantastic! The pictures will speak about the food! Swipe through and have a look at the amazing spread we got to indulge in! It was exceptionally delicious with innovative magical hands working on it, both in cooking them and the presentation; we HAD to meet the chef! He is a Syrian Chef and definitely knows the magic of culinary world! For starters – hummous, tabouleh, garlic paste (Thoum), mutabbel, Asalah special salad were strikingly presented and delicious! Along with it came the Asalah Special Shawarma! My Goodness! Freshly baked bread, filled with flavorful chicken filling and baked with sesame sprinkled all over – served hot, one bite and I was already happy to be at this place! Next comes the piping hot, crispy #Falafels! EXCELLENT is all I can say! Then came the Mixed Grill, presented so interestingly, very arabesque, everything – shish tawouk, kebabs, arayes – oh everything was oozing scrumptiousness! Loved the way it was presented! Not done yet, hold on! Now comes the Grilled Sea Food Platter! Done! I have gone WWOWW just looking at it- Check out the picture! Isn’t it incredibly done? The crabs and prawns were devoured by the boys and they loved it! Drenched in buttery sauce and cooked to perfection, they were super delicious! The fish also had a unique delightful taste and this platter was completely wiped off in moments! Everything was on par! The food, ambience and warm staff! If you live in Abudhabi, Al Asala is a must visit eatery! ✨

Visited this place when it opened newely few weeks back. Ordered their grilled chicken, food presentation was great! It came with fries, Arabic bread, zataar dip and olives.. Food was served hot and fresh. But they didn’t serve pickles or lemon – usually that’s served along with arabic grilled food.Customer service is just average in Asalah. The servers look super confused.
