Oh my God, It’s really happened inside mall and customer centric indusry. The guy on cashier counter very rude and he is open to fight. The guy who are serving on counter. He forgot my food. He put on oven and blaming me that I already gave. Wow the biryano I had doubt they brought from inside doing suspicious things. The when I taste I understand this is old. That’s why they heat it up. Really felt disappointed after having a thalassery biriyani from the shop at Madinat Zayed Shopping center and that too suggested by the staff himself. The biriyani and chicken pieces had a bad taste and we couldn’t have it at all.
Though the food is not of high quality, the taste and the flavor is good. I would recommend this restaurant for anyone who wants to have a decent biryani at affordable price.
The resturant has wrost delivery sysyem.Never promise to bring order on time. Every time they have excuses of not delivering on time.They take its customer for granted.
Ordered ambur biryani and beef fry.Biryani rice was under cooked beef was over burnt and chewy.Quantity was very small compare to other restaurants
