The cake is normal and i liked it with matching latte, very affordable price, the place is tiny but its neat. The staff are very friendly, im satisfied and i enjoyed my snacks.
From goldilocks to goldicakes. The first few days when they opened i ask one of their staff whether they are direct franchise of goldilocks in the philippines and she answered me yes. Although they are selling some of the goldilocks products, the cakes they are selling is quite different to the cakes that i used to know. The change in name answers it! Nevertheless, they cakes and pastries are quite good. We liked the sanz rival where the taste and texture is satisfactory. I believe that they can have their own identity in sweet delights and doesn’t need to cover behind other famous names.
Cakes look nice but the taste is very disappointing! You cannot taste the chocolate in a chocolate cake. It’s only the presentation, that’s all.
goldilocks is located in passport road just opposite al shater hassan restaurant. they serve breads, cakes, pastries and filipino homecooked foods. they had choices of cakes and some other foodstuff too. the only thing i didnt like is that some foods were already pre-packed into a container ( like what we had, the spaghetti and palabok ) and they just had it microwaved to become hot. place is not so big to accomodate numbers of customers. overall, our experience is fine..
I am a regular customer of goldilocks but i am disappointed with their customer service. Their staff should undergo training (Good customer service) ATTITUDE MATTERS! Whoever is reading this reviews, correct me if i’m wrong. Again, not all their staff are rude.
I go to Goldilocks for their polvorons. But then one day I decided to try their siomai and when i reached home, it was already expired! But when i called them, they told me they can replace the food with another food with the same price. Ohwell, so I had to return the next day and get my replacement. But still, it doesnt take away the fact that their food is unhygienic. Take care of your food please! And improve your palabok too, i kinda like it anyway. Hehe.
Surprisingly nice cakes and pastries that brings back comforting memories. It can be a bit pricey while on the rather simple designs compared to the cakes and flavors that we’ve gotten accustomed in the UAE and but it’s good. Consistency is dependable.
