I had the worst experience of my life today from the staff of soft cafe at al wahda mall. There were no customers and i was waiting at the counter, there were 2 staff but none came to me and none even made an eye contact. Then when i asked I’m waiting here for 5 minutes, the manager looking guy was so arrogant. He was so rude and he said if u want to order then do it with his back towards me. He kept boasting he has been here 25 years and I dont have to teach him buisness. Ive never seen such an arrogant person at a restaurant before. He spoiled my outing and I’ll never ever buy anything from here again
