Big operational issues. They are not organized I think and lot of follow up required and they normally don’t call back. You will be surprised by the mistakes they makes and they struggle to do the damage control. I agree they have some good items but risky to rely on them.
Their snaks and mini sandwiches are not that good. I did not like it. Also their cakes not as it looks and does not worth the money you put on them. Definitely last time to try.
I ordered a birthday cake, the cake melt simply on the car on my way to home and they said only sorry, we can’t do any thing. Last time to deal with them.
