Saw this restaurant as I was driving by and decided to try it. The restaurant is small and does not seat more than 10. First impression as I walked in is that the restaurant smells a little old and musty. There is a glass partition in which you can see the kitchen, and to be honest it didn’t look as hygienic as it should have. I ordered 2 meat shawarmas and I was told that they come in 3 sizes – Small, medium and large @ 8, 10 and 15 Dirhams each. I ordered two mediums. The Shawarmas here are cooked on a spit over embers rather than the vertical shawarmas that we are all familiar. The USP here is that the meat is ‘smoky’, but after watching them prepare it, I am unsure if the smoky flavor is from the marinade or from the ash that flew up from the embers!! With only two other diners, it took a good 10+ minutes to get my shawarmas. The Shawarmas lacked consistency in that one was overtly saucy and one was under sauced!! They do have an option of Lebanese bread or Saj bread, though I was not asked what I preferred. The Shawarmas were nothing exceptional, but did have generous servings of meat in them. Some of the meat was gristly and a little chewy, but o like that. The Shawarmas come with generous servings of pickles and pickled Chillies.

I had ordered two double shawrma chicken and beef.Chicken is tasty and up to my expectations Unfortunately beef one one is too salty and cant be ate, my review based on chicken

Highly recommend to try their BBQ shawarma. Paid 15.75 for large shawarma, felt lil bit expensive. I would have given rating 5 if price was AED 10-12.
