Went here for dinner here and had the worse experience. I guess their food is pre cooked because the restaurant was empty and they got the food in less than 5 minutes and the food was tasteless. Honestly it’s not worth 10 Aed. They didn’t have garlic bread to serve with the pasta which was part of the menu and after we asked her to give us something else, she gave us this burnt bread. Personally I felt the food was microwaved so never going here again.

Staff were friendly and professional on both occasions. Food is good. Remember it’s difficult for even neighboring states to have the exact same taste as a TexMex restaurant in Texas. For a good family friendly restaurant with good food. I recommend El Chico WTC. 🙂
Worse restaurant bad food, worse service the waitress was extremely rude ignoring us when we called her even tho we are the only customer, no wonder the restaurant is empty at all times, and not to mention the quality of the old food.
Disappointed. Despite the tables not clean and the staff unfriendly. The food was really a disappointment. Not fresh and not well cooked. The rice and beans were like heated from 2 days ago and the fish fillet was too plastic in texture. The guacamole was dark as well.

Well since it was Halloween and the Zomato Gold App showed El Chico WTC branch available we planned on going out to have our dinner . Disappointed at the venue as the person who served told us there was no Gold applicable there as the setup was not done we still ordered the Pasta and were further disappointed as it was mentioned in the menu it came with Garlic bread and on asking the waiter he said it was printed wrong in the menu. So we chose to eat and leave as all we got there was disappointment. If the Gold offer is not applicable in the store kindly don’t keep it enabled for the customers to develop any kind of misunderstanding .
