I used to come almost every 2-weeks there but only having coffee & cookie (I tried their breakfast twice too it was good). Though, today I was there and I was shocked that I paid (46.50) usually I pay for Americano 16/18 Dhs. The cup even was smaller this time! I ordered along with it blueberry muffin when I calculated it was 30 Dhs for muffin only (which really doesn’t worth it). And it wasn’t fair coz even prices is not all display on there! But I didn’t except a small muffin to cost that I wished it was at least worth (too much oily with no saucy blueberry inside).Today’s staff I didn’t like him! He was not welcoming at all, and even when I asked him to recommend something he was just standing with no words but then I asked him again from the category of muffins to tell me the top seller is it chocolate or blueberry muffin as I like both flavors he told me “all are the same”! I think he doesn’t know what they are offering there! Even when my fork fall down the table he was looking and saw that situation with no humbling from his side to bring me another new one!!! I loved this place ambience & that they open early morning though I’m sure I’m going to find another option, not planning to come again as it’s not first time to feel that customer satisfaction is not a major goal for their.
