Silk Route Caf is an international all-day dining restaurant at Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi. Located on the mezzanine level, Silk Route Caf is bathed in natural sunlight and offers beautiful views of some of Abu Dhabi's best-known landmarks. Breakfast is served from 6.15 a.m. on weekdays and 7 a.m. on weekends and includes a live eggs station and delicious pastry among other visitors' favourites.
