Annoying review for someone who used to like this place!we went there and the place was empty, service was so slow and the food was good so contradicting right ?The waiters were so busy chatting with each other, that they looked at us several times and ignored us. Sorry but this place needs a new staff, what a waste
We had a few sandwiches but couldn’t really get to eating them, it took them forever to serve us even though the place was quite empty. The coffee tasted like it came out of a vending machine ( and not the good kind) the staff really needs an adjustment of attitude. Unfortunate.
When u c Gerard the first thing to do is to turn back n head to shakeshack.
Nice seating on top of the mall entrance and the staff are super friendly. Had a caffe latte and a Nutella crepe and both are good with generous portions. Wouldn’t say it’s the best coffee I had but was ok, crepe is made fresh and to order and I highly recommend it. Next time will try there pastries as they looked delicious. The ambulance is good and have private seating if that’s what your into.
They have good variety of salads and pastries I want them to add on more items in the menu. Otherwise it’s all good nice service. I totally love their tiramisu and it was pretty cute it was written Gerard on it.
Nice coffee shop with cosy ambience. I loved their sofas sitting area, it is arranged in homey style. I tried their club sandwich, molten chocolate cake and cappuccino, I wasn’t disappointed by any order.Staff were attentive and service was excellent.
Gerard is another cozy coffee shop on Marina Mall. I sometimes meet a friend there. I usually order a coffee or a hot chocolate and a cheese croissant. Always good. The other day my friend took Their breakfast buffet. It looked rather simple and basic, yet it seems to attract quite a few satisfied customers. My friend enjoyed the buffet too.
