Oh lord where do I start!! Extremely awful service where we had to wait for more than 60 minutes for our service and the end it got cancelled because they told us the system is not working. So we wasted our time and we did not get our food delivered.We had to wait more than 15 minutes to get our order placed and there were not much people to begin with and the hygiene of the table was a disaster where you can smell the rotten eggs on the table. I will never come back and I do not recommend this place.

A must visit place everytime we are in Abu Dhabi. The shisha is perfect and so is the mint tea. What we love about this place the most is the buzzing atmosphere. It is always full of people and the location is great. The parking situation is a little annoying though.
And amazing place with lovely views of the ferris wheel, the marina beach and the island. Slightly high priced food. The hummus was not that great. Shisha was good.
Although I have left a very positive recommendation last year, I started to see a huge step back in the service and mainly the way the staff is treating the guests. I was overlooking this and kept visiting the place almost every weekend with family and friends. Today I took the decision of not coming back to this awful place where the manager himself is so rude and not decent at all and lacking the basic manners of treating people. No wonder the rest of the staff are the same. It’s a shame that such a huge place is not controlled and just left for some people to act as if they own it and treat people in the worst way ever and not considering the value of their guests. The manager whom I thought will be a good example to his staff treats us today in a confronting way and embarrasses not only me but all my family and friends to whom I recommended to go spend some time in there today. So this Havana cafe and restaurant is not only excluded from my list but I’ll definitely not recommend it to anyone and will for sure change any plan for friends who were intending to meet up there.It’s a pity that nowadays a responsible person is missing manners, basic customer service and still expects to keep the guests loyal. You lost me and a huge group of people and I’m sure you don’t care.Havana cafe is a big X for me starting today.Big shame!!!
