Had been here with my family today for lunch. Ordered pollo picante, carbonara with spaghetti, margarita pizza, Shirley temple & orange juice with death by chocolate for dessert. Very quick & efficient service. Food was delicious & the staff very courteous.
You must first be aware that they are not following Vapiano’s way of serving food. I’ve been to Vapiano in many countries all over the world and by far this one do not deserve the name, almost like a local-based chain claiming to be Vapiano. It is supposed to be a self-service restaurant but the management turned it into their own idea. The food isn’t that nice, not in any way close to Vapiano worldwide or at least the one in Dubai.

Typical vapiano outlet. Was busier than usual being the eid weekend. The daviola pizza was superb with melt in the mouth cheese and fabulous pepperoni on top. The amount of onions on it was a bit too much though. The shrimp risotto in tomato sauce was even better with the right flavors and the plate was wiped off in no time.
To start with, it’s a self service restaurant. The staff is courteous but the food is just average. We ordered a pizza and pasta. The pasta was half cooked and we had to get it cooked again. They have a fresh juice bar which was nice. To be honest, if you spend so much money, you’d expect food to be stellar or atleast decent. In my opinion, the place can be skipped.
