Dirty sitting area , bad service , not proper AC , no WIFI for many weeks . It seems that owners don’t interesting at all for any improvement . Food and Shisha are average . Today it was my last time there
First time I went there I was with a friend obviously no one welcomed us or even showed us to a table so we sat down and asked for service.After being ignored for 20 min and no orders takes had to walk to the cashier myself and demand for service. Drinks were fine shesha was not all that.Second time I went there same thing I asked one of the waiters if I can sit on a certain table he said he will check never came backAsked another waiter, his exact words I dont know and kept on chatting with his coworker. I just left without even sitting.Probably it was mistake to go back, but I thought of giving it another chance. Now for sure never going back or recommending it to anyone..
Enjoyed the view and mix grill there. Very tender and juicy. By the way very affordable Iftar dinner options, only 59 dhs, with good value for money. The dessert part was not exciting though. Service was also good. They just have to do something with the cats, they literally jumped on our lap. Worth checking out, especially the view
Staff is confused who’ll wait for which table or they don’t want to take order at all.We waited for around 25 mins and asked several times then one person took our order, FINALLY.I took lemon mint mojito which was only suger.We took manakeesh after 20 mins it came COLD.Place is very good to chill and sheesha.THAT’S IT.
This place does not even deserve 1 star! Both me and my sister were sick as soon as we took one sip from their Moroccan tea which didn’t taste like Moroccan mint tea at all instead tasted like a rubbish bin clearly reused mint and probably some dirt thrown in a tea pot! The tea was a horrible brown colour! Only God knows how long it was left there before being served to us! The waiters couldn’t care less about the customers, they standing around doing absolutely nothing, knowing we needed our order taken. Will never go back and suggest that no one should unless they want to spend the night in a toilet like me!
