What used to be my favourite next-to-the-house cafe, has certainly changed. First, the hike in prices of sandwiches and then the steep decline in the quality of beverages.Situated in one less known corner of khalidiyah, this cafe-like-bakery has a small patio which is perfect for the winters nights coffee catch up with friends.Follow me for more reviews and on instagram @thesteakfather for food blogs, photography and reviews.
We ordered baqlawa it was too much sweet , millefeuille it does not relate the taste for proper french one , we order Moroccan tea and was different on taste for anyone we tasted on another Moroccan restaurant
Had breakfast delivered over the weekend – wasn’t sure what to expect with the sweet cinnamon roll battered in egg and grilled, but it was delicious! For some reason there were only 2 slices instead of 3, but all my extra special requests (e.g. extra milk, no ice in the juice, etc.) were fulfilled so that made it up to it! Would definitely order again! Did not give 5 stars as you cannot order pastry for home delivery :-I
Al afiya French bakery own the best drink I’ve ever tried ,the watermelon mojito,I seriously can’t describe the taste, and don’t judge it before trying it,also the lotus cake and baklava were pretty good.
