I spoke too soon. It was a good experience until my party and I ordered Karak tea at approximately 7:30 and at 8 pm we still didn’t have it. We almost forgot we ordered it. Due to our next appointment we needed to leave and asked for the check and to cancel the Karak tea. The server advised us that they did not do cancellations. They stated at first that it takes 20 minutes to prepare. We advised them that the time frame had exceeded the advise preparation time by 10 minutes. Then a man came to ask what was the problem and we told him. He stated that they don’t do cancellations and Karak tea takes 10-15 minutes to prepare. Again we advised him that time has exceeded and by his time frame it exceeded the max time he stated double his max time. They stalled. We gave up because we did need to leave and they were persistent in this customer service driven business that they could not provide reasonable requests which was due to their inability to delivery within a timely manner. We won’t be back!
I had a good experience. The cheeseburger was good and the shisha was good as well. I think the servers have a hard time understanding American English and misunderstood some things we were asking for; but overall a good experience.
We ordered the turkish potato so many times when we go to the cafe, this time we ordered online , it’s nothing like the one we have usually, the taste is bad, the hotdog color and taste are horrible, the potato itself is dry like no butter was added , cheese was like rubber as it arrived cold though the cafe is so close like 5 minutes away.
the chicken was so good its was good experience there having a shisha and some good food in an open space at Al khalidiyah if you are near and feeling hungry just go visit idioms
Visited for a shisha. Shisha was not good, ambience is regular. Staff are friendly. Not recommemded for shisha. Charcoal turned black.Shisha service should be enhanced.
Been here last night with family. Enjoyed the place so much. The ambiance and cozy surrounding. Its really a nice place to hang out and chill. Enjoy a card game, talk or just watch mtv on their screens around over coffee and shisha. Affordable and relaxing place. Will definetly be back over and over again :)And i heard, tuesdays is ladies night! Cool!
Very bad hospitality, I would not recommend anyone to come here , there waitresses are very rude especially the blonde one I don’t know her name , and to anyone that wants to go to a sheesha shop go to anywhere but here , there air conditioning machines don’t work , and I bet their rudeness is the reason they don’t have a lot of customers . And I have never seen a very bad hospitality at such a cafe.
