They have the best cakes ever, always rich in taste and great quality! I usually order the chocolate cake for almost all birthdays!! Very recommended
Yesterday night around 9:30 pm I came with my father to get a cake for my birthday (which is today 20th of Feb) I ordered a chocolate caramel cake and the outside was filled with chocolate (u can see the first picture of the cake I ordered) then today maybe an hour ago my father went to collect the cake we ordered and it looked nothing like the cake we wanted. (You can see the second picture) There was no chocolate covered in the outside basically it was a chocolate cake on the inside covered with whipped cream and on top covered with caramel. It is totally not what I ordered. I specifically told the waitress the cake and pointed to her telling her this is the came I wanted. I was upset that I did not get the cake I wanted. Very disappointed. Not coming back again. Would go back to speak with manager.
I went to this place with my wife on last Thursday night around 8:00PM for the first time. The waitresses are so rude and impolite. When we enter they were laughing & chatting and they ignored us at all. When we asked “can we dine in as no one was seated”, one waitress said “We don’t have kitchen here” and all other waitresses were laughed. This is very bad response to customers. Management must take action against this kind of rude waitresses or remove the tables from restaurant if they don’t want customers to dine in. Seems most of the good rankings reviews are not true. We came out immediately and went another nice Cafe nearby.
Worst experience ever. Entered the cafe around 8.30 pm on Thursday. The waitresses didn’t even bothered to answer the questions. They were laughing for a joke.When we were about to sit one waitress said that they don’t have a kitchen rudely. We left the cafe immediately. Management should take an action against this kind of reactions to the customers.
The strawberry cake is the best one as it’s most juicy. I feel its average cake shop not the best but decent enough. However the mini croissants and pastries are super awsome . Tried it for an event and it was so fresh and well baked.
