Cold Shawarma. The Arabic speaking cashier needs to be customer service oriented. Never visiting again. When we started to eat, it felt like it was a day old chicken heated in microwave. It was so dry and bland in taste. We had to throw away most of it.
rude worker that didn’t give a warning about us being loud before coming to scold us. Very dissapointed in service here. Food is good though.
The worst place, meat Shawerma is dry and salty, chicken was not tasty. I remember this place when it opened many years ago, it was amazing, it seems it’s been going downhill the past year.
The food is great, but I asked not to put french fries in the two sandwiches and when I received the food, the fries was in the two sandwiches!! And the Coke was hot.
I just ordered the chicken sandwich, chicken saj sandwich and the strawberry milkshake and I must say I loved their signature chicken sandwich shawarma which is served in pocket sized bread! The spices and sauces went perfectly well with the chicken! It’s completely worth all the hype! Definitely one of the best shawarma I’ve tasted in Abu Dhabi! Next to mention was the amazingly yummy strawberry milkshake which I literally slurped it all till the last drop! Really well balanced strawberries with vanilla ice cream and milk! Also to mention their packaging was really good too! I just removed one star because the saj chicken didn’t really stand in par with the other two! It was a long wrap but I could taste more of bread rather than the filling! But overall a must recommended place for their chicken sandwich shawarma and milkshake♥️
I ordered my dinner at 7:39 pm and the delivery time showed as 8:39, but the food arrived post 9pm which was already a bad start. The delivery guy probably had a few deliveries to make on the way, the food was soggy and chicken was hard and cold, not good again.I ordered chicken shawarma platter, lamb manakesh and labneh with zatar manakesh.Chicken Shawarma – 2.5/5 for reasons mentioned above.Lamb Manakesh – 3/5Zatar w Labneh Manakesh – had good amount of labneh in it, but was cold and soggy when delivered – 3.5/5
Last year, Had their Shawarma and it was one if the best in town.This time, tried Combo Meal and not much satisfied. Not as juicy as before, few French fries amount and not worthy with the price.However it was. tasty and delicious.Ambience is perfect.It’s better to have shawarma than others.
