As I try to be as polite as possible all I will say is that this location needs improvement! The McDonald’s next door is good and Hardee’s a little further down is great!
More of a premium KFC, Texas Chicken certainly provides tastier fried chicken than the competitors. My only gripe is the price to pay for that premium product. Overall though, it’s definitely worth a try when KFC becomes boringly stale over time. (Bawadi branch tested, didn’t find it on Zomato)
I like this place because it’s the best alternative to Popeyes here in Al Ain . I was shocked by the customer service when I went with a friend though. He is African I’m from uk . They gave me a tray to sit and eat but gave him his food in a bag and said he should take it away because they had run out of trays . Otherwise the food is great.
Today we tried the 3pcs for 9 dirhams offer. At bawadi mall branch and It was the worst food i have ever eaten animals cant eat this food .chicken are black from inside and totally diff. From that regular without offer one and the cashier told us that its not the same they are using..waiting 20 min to get the meal even though i can see the chicken in front of me but they refused to give me and told me to wait 20 min until the other chicken (the bad) be prepared.i wont eat there again even for free and i think a big fast food rest. Like texas shouldnot do these games with their customers and lose their reputation for an offer they can it afford..
was their last Saturday, ordered two meals as was with my friend and ordered their poppers additionally. The cashier asked us to wait as the order will take time like 10-15 mins. The food was as expected from a fast food restaurant. But the service was slow as per the concept of fast food.
Overall , its okay. Good service and great sandwiches offers. I tried the mexicana sandwich with extra cheese and the chicken was crispy and easy to chew. Wish we could replace the bun to a brown or wholegrain instead but the white bun wasnt bad. Its also cheap. The meal i had wasnt expensive.
Nice as expected. Service was fast staff was helpful and patience my kids like thier meals.No big que like other restaurants That was the right taste of chicken
